About CCL Delaware

Choices for Community Living, Inc. (CCL) provides support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Since 2004, CCL has been providing exceptional services to individuals living throughout the state of Delaware. Our mission is to enable persons with disabilities, their families and other individuals in need to achieve a quality of life driven by choice. Our values form the foundation of our endeavors.

CCL has been accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) since 2009. This high industry honor was, once again, achieved in 2023 when the agency was reaccredited with the four-year Person-Centered Excellence Accreditation from CQL. This level of accreditation confirms CCL shares CQL’s vision for person-centered solutions to improve the quality of life for people receiving supports and services. CCL has previously received CQL accreditation, four-year awards in 2018, 2014, and 2009.

 

History

Choices for Community Living Delaware, Inc., (CCL) is a subsidiary of Liberty ARC, the Montgomery County Chapter of The Arc New York. Liberty ARC, located in upstate New York, was established more than 60 years ago, by parents seeking programs for their developmentally disabled children.

CCL Delaware began providing services to eight adults with developmental disabilities in February 2004.

Today, CCL proudly provides services throughout Delaware; including residential and day support.
